What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday – Saturday from 7am to 7pm.
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How long does a job take to complete?
The projects we undertake are as unique as the clients we serve, and therefore requirements vary a great deal from one client to the next. We take great care to minimise the intrusion in your home, office or business. We don’t extend our stay longer than the time it takes to complete your project.
We are able to provide onsite quotes for your project, and an estimate of the time frame it will take to bring it to completion.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Not at present. We’re looking to make that option available in the near future. Currently we are only accepting direct bank transfers.
Are you an insured business and is your work guaranteed?
Yes, we certainly are and we can provide the relevant certificates.
Do you have a favourite customer story you'd like to share with us?
Our client was enjoying a well-deserved trip overseas and entrusted us not only with design ideas, project management of works but also a tight deadline. All a little challenging as direct communcation as minimal. However, Coastal Joinery delivered. They were very happy. We were also happy to help.
What questions would a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Definitely check they have the right licencing and insurances. Read reviews and testimonials as they are really good indicators of their level of professionalism and commitment to excellence. Ask past clients if their projects were finished at a reasonable time frame. If they finished at all! We hear horror stories too!
